Meet the Team

Meet the people behind the riot. Gamers, creators, storytellers, and professional chaos coordinators. We bring different games, perspectives, and personalities to IR&R.

We all agree on one thing: Gaming is better when you have people to share it with.
Grab a controller. Meet the crew. 🐦‍⬛🎮💜

Jessica Pulido
Founder & Editor • Media & Creative Direction

I’m the founder and creative force behind Ironside Raven & Riot, bringing years of blogging, storytelling, content creation, and community-building experience to the brand. I may not be the one holding the controller, but I’m the one making sure the people who do have a platform to share what they know, love, and occasionally rage about.

Behind the scenes, I handle IR&R’s editorial direction, brand development, industry relationships, and the organized chaos required to keep the riot moving. My job is simple: build the platform, amplify the gamers, and make sure IR&R never loses the personality that made us start this in the first place.

PlayStation Gamer • Reviews & Gameplay

I’m IR&R’s resident PlayStation gamer, though I also play on Nintendo Switch and have access to an Xbox Series S. I’m part trophy hunter, part chaos gremlin, and a completionist who will absolutely abandon the main quest to explore every corner of an open world. My favorites include Fallout 4, Horizon Zero Dawn, Horizon Forbidden West, The Crew 2, Minecraft, and the Life is Strange series.

I love story-driven adventures, open worlds, and racing games—but jump scares are my greatest enemy. Ghouls, mobs, robots, and even Dogmeat have made me scream; my Until Dawn playthrough was basically one long scream. Away from gaming, I enjoy reading, TV and movies, camping, hiking, and exploring national and state parks.

Xbox Series X Gamer • Reviews & Gameplay

I’m IR&R’s resident Xbox gamer, drawn to survival games, fantasy worlds, and RPGs where exploration and progression can turn a quick gaming session into several hours of “just one more thing.” Give me a world to explore, gear to collect, enemies to fight, and enough freedom to approach things my own way, and I’m probably in.

I gravitate toward games that let you build, survive, explore, and get completely lost in another world. Whether I’m working through a story, upgrading a character, or figuring out how not to die for the hundredth time, I’m here for the adventure—and whatever chaos happens along the way.
